Free airport transfers are only available on the dates given below - details in Step 2.

As you are arriving outside of the main arrivals weekend, we would strongly recommend you book a private taxi transfer so there is someone to meet you on arrival to take you directly to your accommodation.

ou can now book an airport transfer to your accommodation, or let us know that you will organise your own transport.


FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER - the College can arrange a free transfer from London Heathrow airport to your accommodation but only on specific dates which are given below.


This option will only be offered to you below if it is available for your course start date. A free transfer must be booked no later than 72 hours before Arrivals Weekend.


Your flight MUST arrive at least 2 hours before the departure time of the free transfer in order for you to be eligible to book the transfer.  This is to allow plenty of time to collect luggage and clear immigration before the transfer departs.


Note that transfer times are subject to change to meet demand or can be cancelled due to insufficient demand.


PRIVATE TRANSFER - if you select a private transfer, we book a 'meet and greet' with a private company who will guide you to a taxi that will take you to your accommodation. This should be booked at least 24 hours prior to your arrival in the UK.
